I didn’t struggle once they dragged me to the ship. The pendant hang over my neck, as I looked down, We arrived at a room where I presumed is the Captain’s headquarters. We entered the door, where Arthur stood in his study.

“Thank you gentleman,” He said, turning to me.

“That will be all,”

The crew members nodded as they left the room, leaving me with him. I looked at Arthur with a glare, as he smirked at me.

“Hello Love,” He said, circling me.

“I assume you heard of me, Arthur Kirkland,”

I nodded my head in silence, as he chuckled.

“y…yes….sir,” I said.

“Youre a shy one, aren’t you,” He said, coming behind me and placing his lips between my ear, making me shiver.

I could feel his warm breath on my earlobes as I shivered madly.

“Now then, lets get introductions out of the way shall we,” He said, once he faced me.

“Since you know who I am, let me know your name, hm,”

“Well, my name is _____________,” I answered.

“That’s a pretty name, for beautiful young lass,” He said, touching my cheek.

“Don’t touch me!” I yelled, slapping his hand away and backing away from him.

His smirk then turned into a dark glare. He slowly walked towards me, raised his hand higher, and then……………….

SMACK!

I felt my cheek, starting to sting leaving a red hand mark on my face. The slap made me fall to the floor, letting go of the necklace. I looked up to see Arthur looking angry.

“Do not speak to me like that, wretch,” He said, angrily.

“I am the law of this ship and you either obey them or you will suffer the consenquences,”

He then leaned closer to my ear and whispered.

“Do I make myself clear…………..poppet,”

I nodded my head yes, but still kept my look of anger on.

He then grabbed me by the arm and pulled me up, firmly.

“Though I do apologize,” He said, putting on an apologetic look and placing his hand on the cheek that was slapped.

“It’s very ungentleman like of me to strike a woman,”

His fingers then made his way, towards my pendant, containing the fairy stone.

“My, what a lovely necklace you have there, poppet,”

“Please don’t touch it,” I said, clutching my pendant.

“It is a gift from my mother,”

Arthur then , made a motion to slap me but he couldn’t. He sighed, deeply and turned to the door.

“ALFRED!” He called.

A young man with dirty blonde hair, with a cowlick and blue eyes, wearing glasses, came in.

“Yes, captain,” He said.

“escort this young lady to my room, and keep a very close eye on her,” He said, pointing to me.

The man who is named Alfred, looked over at me and gestured me to follow him. I followed him, reluctantly as I looked back to see Arthur looking at his hand with regret.

Once we arrived into his room, I sat down on the bed, still clutching on the stone.

“That a lucky charm or something,” Alfred asked, looking at me.

“No, its just rare,” I answered.

“I don’t know what it actually does,”

Alfred sighed as he sat on the bed, next to me. He then noticed my red cheek, where Arthur had slapped me.

“You know, you shouldn’t get on the captain’s bad side,” He said.

“Why,” I asked.

“Well, lets just say things wont get pretty once you get on the captain’s bad side,” He answered.

“By the way, my name’s Alfred,” He said.

“I know,” I replied, making his eyes widened.

“I just heard, him call your name,”

“Oh yeah,” Alfred said, rubbing the back of his hand.

Just then, a soft cry called Alfred, making him look up.

“ALFRED! The captain wants a word with  you,”

“Coming, Matthew,” He said, getting up.

“It was nice meeting you, uh……….”

“__________, I’ll remember it,” He said, as he walked away, closing the door.

I smiled, as I laid back on my new bed of my new room.

“Well, at least I made a new friend,” I thought.

As I stared at the ceiling, my necklace started to glow.
