Consuming you
Filling your head with hate, rage and violence
Then you lash out
Yelling, screaming and punching
Anger is a monster
That destroys everything including everyone you love
When you hurt those around you
They fear you now
Anger is a monster
A ticking bomb
Ready to blow up
When you have little time to think
You explode and then you snap
Anger is a monster
That will not only destroy others
But will also destroy.......you
